How do I get there?
By Car
From the 110 Freeway Southbound: Take Wilshire Blvd. exit, turn right onto Wilshire, take the second left onto S. Bixel St., take second right onto West 7th St., venue on left between Garland Ave. and Hartford Ave.
From the 110 Freeway Northbound: Take 9th Street exit, turn left onto Francisco St., turn left onto West 8th St., proceed under the 110 Freeway, turn right onto S. Bixel St., turn left onto West 7th St., venue on left between Garland Ave. and Hartford Ave.
Parking
City Center Lot directly across from venue on West 7th St. Valet Parking at the Mayfair Hotel on the corner of Hartford Ave. and West 7th St. (adjacent to the venue). Additional parking lots on S. Lucas Ave. and Ingraham St. one block east and one block north of venue.
By Subway
7th Street / Metro Center stop walk half-mile west on West 7th St. (over the 110 Freeway), venue on left between Garland Ave. and Hartford Ave.
By Plane
From New Jersey: Hop on a flight from EWR to LAX, rent a car, take the 105 Freeway East to the 110 Freeway North, follow the directions above.
If a show is canceled, where do i get a refund?
If a show is canceled, refunds are available at point of purchase. You will be refunded automatically if you purchased a ticket through Ticketmaster. Please note openers are always subject to change.
How old do I have to be to get into the club?
Most shows are all ages. Please check the show page to verify age limits for individual Teragram Ballroom shows.
Do you offer disability seating?
Yes! We are standing room only, but if you require ADA accommodation, we are happy to offer a chair and up to one companion seat. Please reach out to us prior to the day of the show at [email protected]. If unable to make arrangements in advance, please arrive 15 minutes before the doors open to ensure we are able to reserve space for you.
How can I get tickets to a TERAGRAM BALLROOM show?
You can purchase tickets online by clicking the TICKETS button on any show page on our site and you will be taken to the Ticketmaster site. Need help? Here’s how to contact the Ticketmaster Support team:
- Click the ‘Contact the Organizer’ button in your confirmation email, or on the event listing page
- Click the ‘Contact the Organizer’ button included in your order on the Tickets page of your Ticketmaster account
- Call the support number included in the confirmation email

What are my payment options in the venue?
Our Box Office, and the venue in general, are cashless – if tickets do not sell out in advance, they will be sold at the door on the night of the show via American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Apple Pay. For sold-out shows, a limited amount of standby tickets may be made available when doors open.
How old do I have to be to get into the club?
Please check the show page to verify age limits for individual Teragram Ballroom shows. Many are ages 21+ and under no circumstances will we make exceptions to the published age requirements of our events.
My friend and I just started a band, how can I get us a show booked at the Moroccan Lounge?
The best way to get a show at the Teragram Ballroom is to e-mail Scott Simoneaux using the button below. Booking requests are not accepted via phone or at the club itself.
Please include the following in your e-mail:
- Band Name
- Links to music (Soundcloud, Bandcamp…)
- Links to social media (Facebook, Twitter)
- Local show history (When, where, ticket price and your individual draw)
Please allow four to six weeks before following up with an e-mail.
Do your clubs have seats?
The Teragram Ballroom is a General Admission standing room only venue.
Do I need to bring ID?
Government-issued photo ID is required for entry to all 18+ or 21+ shows.
Can you scan my tickets off my phone?
What are usual set times?
Shows generally begin an hour after doors open.
What kind of drinks do you have?
We have a number of bars with plenty of H20 and soft drinks along with a wide selection of beers (on tap and bottled), wine and spirits.
I have a blog. Do I count as press?
The Teragram Ballroom doesn’t issue press passes or photo passes. All press inquiries should be directed to the band’s publicist, label or management.
Can you give me the contact of someone with the band/label/agent?
Unfortunately, we cannot give out that information.
Can I bring a camera?
Photo policy varies for different artists and is usually not determined until the day of the show. You can bring a non-professional camera to most shows, and you can inquire about the photo policy at the door.
Is smoking allowed inside the club?
Sorry, there is no smoking allowed inside the venue, however there is a smoking section outside the venue.
Is there re-entry?
There is no re-entry to The Teragram Ballroom and all exits are final, excluding the smoking area.
Do you rent your rooms for private events?

No flyers, stickers, or handbills will be allowed in the club.
You will be ejected for throwing ANYTHING.
By entering an event you are agreeing not to participate in any moshing, crowd surfing, stage diving, or other activities that may negatively impact your fellow attendees. Have a good time, but don’t let your good time get in the way of anyone else’s good time. You will be ejected from the event for any of the above activities.
No outside food, beverages, markers, spray paint, weapons (includes pocket knives).

You must show proof of age by government-issued photo ID and get a wristband to be served at the bar.
